These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Bay Area Window Cleaner (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning services, including exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, screen cleaning, and track detailing. Services are performed based on the scope selected at the time of booking.
2) Estimates & Scope of Work
All quotes are based on estimated pane counts and visible property conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted if additional windows, screens, or conditions are identified. Any additional work will be approved prior to completion.
3) Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge for services rendered. Recurring service plans may require a card on file and automatic billing.
4) Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
5) Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to all service areas. Pets must be secured. If access is not provided, a cancellation or trip fee may apply.
6) Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
7) Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratched glass, broken seals, hard water stains, or oxidation. Cleaning may reveal pre-existing defects that were not previously visible.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9) Weather & Safety
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe weather or hazardous conditions. We may refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
10) Service Plans
Recurring service plans may include automatic scheduling and billing. You may cancel prior to your next scheduled service by providing notice.
11) Refund Policy
No refunds are provided after service completion. We will honor our satisfaction guarantee by offering a re-service if needed.
12) Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
14) Text Messaging & Communications (A2P Compliance)
By providing your phone number to Bay Area Window Cleaner, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) related to your service, including appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and promotional offers.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you re-enroll.

We will not share or sell your phone number or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information will only be used to provide services and communicate with you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
By opting into SMS communications, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to receive messages at the provided number.
We comply with all applicable communication laws and regulations, including A2P 10DLC requirements and guidelines.
15) Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Bay Area Window Cleaner, including quotes, appointment reminders, service updates, follow-up communications, and, where separately consented to, promotional messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
16) Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
17) Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages from Bay Area Window Cleaner.
